We primarily support our program, ChiroSimple. But, that doesn’t mean we’re going to leave you hanging.  Square has amazing customer support!

Here’s how…

OPTION 1 – Call Square Support and talk to a person:


Monday-Friday 6:00am – 6:00pm PST


OPTION 2 – From the mobile app:

Click the menu icon on the top left corner (it looks like 3-horizontal lines).

Choose, “Get Help” or “Tutorials and Tours“.

Everything you’ll need should be there. If not, once you’ve looked through their solution, there should be a button to “Contact Support.” Click that if you need further assistance.


OPTION 3 – From a desktop/laptop (web app):

Login to your Square dashboard.

Click the “Help” icon from the top right corner.  It looks like a “?” with a circle around it.

Find your answer.
