Help preparing for demo/tutorial

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR TUTORIAL/DEMO:

STEP #1: Install ZOOM VIDEO on your computer well before your appointment. Make sure it has a microphone and video camera. Click this link (at the end of this sentence) from the DESKTOP/LAPTOP or IPAD that you plan to use for your tutorial, and download Zoom Video to that device.
