Clear web online browser cache

If you’re running into any problems with your program (online/browser), we always recommend the first step to test, is to clear your browser cache.

Browsers these days are very “sticky,” and tend to hold onto data even if we’ve pushed updates. Clearing your cache ensures you are using the newest version of ChiroSimple and have all the latest updates. (Note: if you’re using the App program on an Android device, you’ll need to uninstall/reinstall it. Follow the instructions in the Online/Offline support article for help).
