Changing (updating) your company/business logo is easy in ChiroSimple, just follow these steps:

  1. Click SETTINGS from the main menu.
  2. Click CLINIC DETAILS.
  3. Just below your old logo (or placeholder), you’ll see blue text, “CHANGE.” Click that word!
  4. Once “CHANGE” is clicked, your computer should bring up your finder window to choose your logo stored on your device.NOTE: Logos can only be in PNG file format. Any logo or image not in PNG file format will not be able to be selected. If your logo is in the incorrect file format and you need to convert it, try this free file formatting tool:  https://www.freeconvert.com/jpeg-to-png

 

BEST LOGO SPECIFICATIONS:

  • 800 x 800 pixels
  • SQUARE 1:1. (Other formats such as rectangles will work, they’re not quite as clean)
  • Transparent background
  • Any part of your logo that is white (color) will not show on white paper. Convert white portions of your logo to a darker color to increase the contrast.
