Thinking of Canceling? Consider Freezing Instead.

If you’re stepping away from practice—temporarily or permanently—Freezing your ChiroSimple account is almost always the smarter move.

Option 1: Freeze Your Account (recommended)

Keep your entire practice history safe and instantly accessible for only $49/month (regularly $89).
Freezing preserves full access to:

  • All patient notes, contacts, animal details, visit calendars, and record-send history

  • The ability to send records to owners, handlers, or governing bodies whenever needed

You can remain in Freeze mode indefinitely and un-freeze at any time to resume full use of ChiroSimple—just like you never left.
Common reasons to freeze:

  • Maternity or paternity leave

  • Recovery from injury or surgery

  • Temporary break from practice

  • Retirement (in case record requests arise later)

When you un-freeze, your plan automatically returns to the regular $89/month, starting a new billing cycle.

  • You may Freeze/UnFreeze your account anytime.
  • Freezing will reduce your next, scheduled (and ongoing) monthly charges to $49 (until unfrozen).
  • New notes cannot be saved, and you’ll lose other features. Think of freezing your account as view/send-only mode.
  • UnFreezing ignores any previous charges, and results in an immediate $89 charge.
  • The day you choose to UnFreeze, becomes your new monthly-charge anniversary.

Option 2: Cancel Your Account

Canceling completely locks your account once your billing cycle ends.

  • You’ll lose all access to your data and records

  • We may retain your files for up to 3 months, but recovery after that isn’t guaranteed

  • Re-activation might not restore your past data

Many providers regret canceling too soon—once it’s gone, it’s gone.

If there’s any chance you’ll need to review or send records in the future, choose Freeze—it’s safer, cheaper, and fully reversible.

CANCELING YOUR CHIROSIMPLE MEMBERSHIP

Only you can cancel your account. (But first, read this entire post)

To cancel, follow these steps:

Log in to your program > Menu > Settings > Account > Subscription > Freeze/Cancel

  • There are absolutely no pro-ratings, refunds (partial or full). Canceling is a forward action only.
  • Canceling does NOT delete your account or records (for a 3-month grace period), but does stop ALL payments and restricts all program access, after the expiration of your last payment expiration. This is for your safety.
  • Within 3-months of canceling, an account can be reactivated on your own, by logging back into your account and “Reactivating” your subscription. This will instantly charge the 1st recurring $89 monthly fee with a one-time (additional) reactivation fee of $59.
  • WARNING! Are you sure you want to cancel? You will lose all access to your program, send-records, attachments, etc. Please consider carefully. We cannot guarantee your account can be reactivated as it currently is. Canceling should only be considered if you’re confident you don’t plan to use ChiroSimple in the future.
