Add-a-User: Assigning Roles
Learn about Adding Users, which Roles are available and how to switch an existing User’s Role.
Best practices:
- Never share your password with another user. This includes your trusted front desk/support staff member or another clinician. When someone else is logged in as you, you are responsible for everthing they do.
- If you currently have any member of your team sharing your login account (email)/password, immediately resolve this by adding them as a unique User, and properly identify their Role.
